Job Summary:
We’re looking for a curious and collaborative Data Engineer / Analytics Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to implement end-to-end data solutions, from building data pipelines and modeling KPIs to delivering actionable insights through modern BI tools. You’ll help organizations across industries (especially Media & Entertainment or Telecom) make sense of their data, optimize performance, and unlock business value — all while working in fast-paced, agile environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement data warehouse solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and business intelligence tools.
- Develop data models tailored to clients’ KPIs, reporting needs, and business requirements.
- Validate and test data models to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
- Support, maintain, and document clients’ data environments for long-term success.
- Collaborate on deliverables, working independently or as part of a consulting team.
- Operate within a project management framework (Agile/Scrum) to align deliverables with organizational goals.
- Guide clients on how to optimize their data stacks for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
- Preferred first-level Snowflake Certification, or underway.
- Strong SQL skills; able to write complex queries and perform data transformations.
- Experience with Python for scripting and data processing.
- Familiarity with ETL tools like DBT and FiveTran (preferred).
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
- Proficient in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment (preferred).
- Industry experience in Media & Entertainment or Telecom is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Passion for solving diverse business problems and learning new technologies quickly.
