Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage our most valuable client relationships—including CEOs, franchise owners, and other high-level stakeholders. You’ll serve as the trusted point of contact across the entire client lifecycle, ensuring top-tier service, maximizing account value, and driving long-term success.
Responsibilites
Act as the primary liaison for VIP clients, franchise partners, and C-level contacts, providing white-glove service tailored to their business goals
Lead seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring tech support, training, and software configurations are executed with precision
Build long-term, consultative relationships with executive stakeholders—offering insights, anticipating needs, and proactively resolving pain points
Conduct regular strategic check-ins to understand evolving client goals, operational challenges, and expansion opportunities
Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical support, product, and leadership) to deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience
Monitor client usage trends, NPS, and satisfaction levels—proactively resolving any issues before they escalate
Create custom reports and executive updates highlighting ROI, performance metrics, and service value
Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including upsells, cross-sells, and multi-location expansions
Own retention and renewal discussions, ensuring high satisfaction and continued partnership
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations—preferably within tech, SaaS, or franchise-oriented businesses
Proven success working directly with executive-level stakeholders and VIP clients
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, video) with the confidence to lead presentations and tough conversations with CEOs and business owners
Experience managing multi-location or franchise accounts is a strong plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client data into strategic recommendations
Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously
Fluent in English and Spanish
