Cybersecurity Specialist (exploit focused) LATAM

We are seeking experienced Offensive Security Engineers to contribute to a groundbreaking vulnerability and exploit benchmarking initiative. This role focuses on testing the robustness of AI systems in enterprise environments by identifying, exploiting, and remediating vulnerabilities to help prevent future AI security threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze real-world vulnerabilities across various systems and environments.
• Develop reliable exploits that can crash, manipulate, or compromise systems.
• Craft realistic attack chains and payloads mimicking real-world threat actors.
• Build and test patches to confirm vulnerability remediation.
• Evaluate AI model behavior in adversarial scenarios to determine susceptibility.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to improve model robustness and benchmark accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, or exploit development.
• OSCP or equivalent certification.
• Strong background in CTFs or security competitions.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Docker, and custom exploit/payload tooling.
• Experience with modern enterprise tech stacks (e.g., OAuth, SAML, REST APIs, SQL, cloud IAM).
• Passion for AI security and ethical testing of cutting-edge technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or adversarial machine learning.
• Familiarity with security benchmarking frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source security tools or published vulnerability research.
